1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across all major cities and towns in India. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹[1000].
• For orders below the threshold, Charges must be calculated according to weight/kg.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
• If the recipient is unavailable or address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
• In such cases, re-delivery will be chargeable.

7. Delays in Delivery

We strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, but delivery delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen weather or natural disasters
• Local courier service delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Public holidays or festivals

Combo A to Z will not be liable for delays caused by courier agencies or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is:

• Damaged on arrival: Please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately with photos.
• Not delivered: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and ensure appropriate resolution, including reshipment or refund, if applicable.
